hi i was brought here by my mom fr jamaica illegally when i was 11 i read your article but i still dont know what to do i just turned 18 march 1 2010 i had my daughter 19 2010 yes i am willing to go back to jamaica before 180 pass but then what i dont have anybody to marry to me or anything like that am i going to have to stay there for ten years and leave my daughter in the us

If you decide to go back to Jamaica because you are not eligible for adjustment of status or any other immigration benefit (I'm not saying that you are not, because I don;t know your situation) -- you will have an option to take your child with you. Since you are a citizen of Jamaica, she might apply for Jamaican passport/citizenship. Contact the embassy of your country in the United States.
