I am Looking into fileing for uncontested Divorce from my wife of just over a Year we are 2 Totally Different People ..My Wife is a Conditional Us Citizen with Green Card...I do not want her to be Deported or removed.. I have heard a few things that i can do but i need the best possible answer.What do i need to do or what does she Need to Do to stay in the usa after we are Divorced.Her Green card expires aug 2010 .Thank you
