Legal Question in Employment Law in Connecticut

They told me I'd keep my job, but then they fired me

I was recently fired from Shaws Supermarkets for stealing along with five other people(all under 18) for stealing. When they interviewed me and two others they told us that if we were honest about what we did and if we gave them a name of someone else who stole then we wouldn't be fired. in the end however, we were all fired. can i take legal action against them to get my job back or get money?
