Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Connecticut

If property is sold, is my lease OK?

I am a store owner/operator, currently renting a commercial property which houses my business. My landlord is a wonderful man, no problems, but he is very ill. I am not sure if his family will be keeping the property or if they will sell it when he passes on.

If the property is sold, will my commercial lease be binding on the new owner?
