Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Connecticut

Refusal of Service

I have kidney stones which are causing me a great deal of pain. I have contacted my Urologist multiple times to ask that he schedule treatment. He states that they are too small and can not be ''shattered'' with Lithotripsy, and has refused to perform any other procedure. I have a medical history of stones, and have seen the same doctor for years. Can I sue the hospital for pain and suffering?
