If a man was married for 20 yrs....divorces and remarries; who is entitled to his pensions?

The divorce judgment should address pensions. If the judgment granted a portion of you pension to your ex-wife, a qualified domestic relations order would be submitted to the court to carry out the distribution.

If the dissolution order did not address pensions, your ex-wife is not entitled to any portion of your pension.
