Legal Question in Personal Injury in Connecticut

Liability resulting from injury on property

I have a dangerous strip of land bordering a home with small children. They frequently run around with friends and are usually unsupervised. How can I mitigate my legal liability in case of injury on this treacherous piece of land? Will a ''No Trespassing'' sign suffice? Do I need to erect a fence or barrier? Thank you.

Re: Liability resulting from injury on property

A No Trespassing sign is not sufficient for children. Since you are on notice that the children use a "dangerous" piece of property, I highly suggest putting up a fence to protect yourself.
