Legal Question in Personal Injury in Connecticut

trial by judge

Is it proper to call or write to a judge informing him about my case he judged? Is it also proper to speak wth the plaintiff's attorney?

I would like to let them both realize the errors they made pretaining to my case. Also, it took ten years for my case to be heard. I fell on a town's sidewalk and now I'm permanently injured. I received nothing for settlement.

Thank you for your reply.

One more thing, isit at all possible to have this be a mistrial and have a new one heard, by a different atorney thanthe oneI had. He did not do agood job at all handling my case, especially after waiting 10 years for this to go to trial.
