Withdrawal of Action

If a civil case ends up with a Withdrawal of Action what does this mean and can there be any future action on these charges?

Re: Withdrawal of Action

Withdrawal means the action is dismissed. If the action is dismissed with prejudice, it can not be brought again. If it is not dismissed with prejudice then it probably can be brought again.
