delivering alcohol to minors

i was arrested for bringing alcohol to minors at a party. i turned myself in on my first charge and made bail that day.At court the prosecuter informed me that it was a felony charge, so i asked for a continuence of the case.If you could please give me some guidence for i cannot afford a lawyer. much appreciated.

A felony can carry a potential jail sentence of five years;in addition to which you now have to provide a sample of your DNA upon conviction.You need a lawyer. Dennis P. McDonough
