Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Connecticut

I inherited my father's condominium after his intestate death, I never claimed it nor do I wish to, now it's in forclosure and I am being sued for taxes, interests, attorney fees and costs. Why ?

You are being NAMED in the suit because you are the record title holder. You are not personally liable for anything. The bank will foreclose and go away. If there is anything left over after the foreclosure sale (i.e., if there's any equity remaining), it will go to you.
