Payment Bond Notice

You must be very careful. Most bonds have a time limit and it is usually one year. A letter notice would be sufficient to owner of non payment. I suggest that you contact your attorney immediately to insure that you are protected. There are time limitations in which you can sue on the bonds.

WW Treatment plant performance bond

The waste water treatment plant is probably publicly funded and therefore may be subject to different rules. You need to contact an attorney in CT that is knowledgeable in the area of government construction.
