Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Connecticut

inherited a car

My mother's estate is in probate. Her Will specifically listed the car as part of my inheritance. They have requested that the car be sold (to me or another) and the proceeds be split beween the other heirs. They said this is because the car has a title(?) This really irkes me as alot of very valuable jewerly worth much more than the blue blue value of the car in question was left to other family members and their inheritance does not suffer any consequence. Do I have a leg to stand on??

Re: inherited a car

I'd have to see what the will says and how the title reads.
