Trust beneficiary change
My sister & I were equal beneficiaries of my mother's revocable trust, with our shares being left to our children in the event of our death. My sister recent passed and mom wants to leave everything to me and my trust will leave everything to my children and my sisters' equally. Can this be done?

Yes, it is your Mother's revocable trust and she needs to change it.
