Unless you are an admitted attorney in the United States you cannot represent yourself to be an attorney or reasonably be confused as being an attorney as it could be considered as the unauthorized practice of law.

Naming your company "lawgroup" could possibly cause that confusion. In addition, some states regulate debt settlement and/or debt collection practices and you would need to be mindful of such requirements. Finally, a non-US resident cannot be a shareholder in an S corporation.

You should retain a startup attorney to review your business goals so that a proper and legal company can be formed. Feel free to contact my office at your earliest convenience via email or Skype.
