Legal Question in Immigration Law in Delaware

immigration

was denied a fiancee visa for my phillipina fiancee. should i file an appeal and if so how long does that take. would it be better to just start over and refile a new petition.

All depends on the reason for the denial. If you were missing some documents, or did not submit sufficient evidence that you know each other well enough that she could convince the government that she plans to marry you within 90 days of her entry into the U.S., then take some time and refile again. If you don't have a lawyer, get one!! He or she should be able to guide you in the pursuit of an F1 visa. Good luck.
