Police Profiling
the police are going around the community with my picture telling people I am committing crimes that I am innocent of slandering my name and defaming smearing my name how do I sue for slander and defamation?

This question has already been answered; I believe I suggested that you take the matter up with a local criminal defense counsel who knows something about defamation law (before attempting to do anything on your own regarding the matter).
