pain post-op
i had a full tummy tuck with liposuction of abdomen, flanks and inner thighs and chin. I had severe post-op pain. I was admitted due to the pain and still the pain was not relieved after calling the nurse every two hours to tell her the pain in not better and it is getting worse. My pain was a 9-10 for about 12 hours until I begged the nurse to ask the dr for a pca pump and then after the the pca my pain was 7-8 which was still uncomfortable. my IV was infultrated but never changed and now I have some tissue death around the insicion areas. I would like to talk with an attorney to infrom them of the rest of the incident.

The question is whether there was a breach of the duty of care and whether there is any permanant injury.
