Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in District of Columbia

Sexual harrassment?

I worked for the company for nearly 2 years after which I got my boyfriend a job as A VP of operations for the same firm.

We have since broke up and he sees now making my work environment very hostile.

I often want to quit on the spot.

He is always yelling at me, using profanity and telling me that ''he is the f...ing boss and that I can't tell me how to talk to me or how to behave''.

He is also always asking me about my where abouts and making comments about my attire...

Is this ok for him to do?

Re: Sexual harrassment?

"Is this ok for him to do", you ask? Of course, it isn't "ok", but whether it actually violates federal antidiscrimination law with respect to sexual harassment is another question entirely, and without more information and relevants facts it would be difficult to say one way or the other (in my opinion).
