Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in District of Columbia

Violation of Privacy Law?

I recently made a large purchase from Value City Furniture. I selected home devliery and it was delivered in November by 2 men. This weekend, January 10, one of the delivery men called my cell phone for, in his own words, ''a non-value city matter''. He asked me out and stressed that he would be in the neighborhood right by my house the next day and encouraged me to go on a date with him. He then stressed again at the end that he would be going ''right by my house''. This message makes me especially uncomfortable knowing that this man knows where I live. He is admittedly using Value City Furniture client information for his personal use. I am not sure what to do - this seems like a big violation of my privacy and borderline harassment (though he has only called once). Any suggestions?

Re: Violation of Privacy Law?

Yes, report it to Value City Furniture management before they go completely out of business.
