Checking and Money Market Accounts

My sister's name is on my mother's checking and money market accounts. In addition to my sister, I also have a brother. If my mother passes away without a will, would my sister be entitled to all of my mother's money?

As the surviving joint account holder, your sister would become the sole owner of whatever funds were

in these accounts after the passing of your mother.
