marriage and getting a visa for my new wife to go with ms to the USA

I am 69 yrs. old and want to marry a salvadorena that is 15 yrs. old and return to the USA with her.

Dear Sir,

Since she is an underage person (under 18 years old), according to salvadorian law she is not eligible to marry. The only two legal exceptions are:

1. For people younger than eighteen years will be able to get married if, although being pubescent, already have a child in common; or

2. If the woman is pregnant.
