Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Florida

My son was convicted of violation of probation (technical/tested + for marijuana) ... upon sentencing the judge state he was to get credit for all time served (in jail, probation, house arrest, community control, supervised released etc.). He has been credited for most of the time he sat in jail and some of the time he was on regular probation but he was not credited for the time he was on the ankle monitor supervision right after he was arrested prior to the sentence. If I understood correctly he should have been credited for those months as well, and I am in need of a good attorney to petition the courts to get this other time credited to his time served. I would like to get this taken care of as soon as possible.

You should consult with an aggressive criminal defense attorney in your area. Did your son have the public defender? You will need to pay for a private attorney. More facts are needed to answer your question fully.
