i filed bankruphcy and it was discharged my car was included can the bank take my car?

In your BR petition, assumed Chap 7, you are required to express your intent to reaffirm the car loan or surrender it. If you agreed to surrender it, the lender will take it. Even if you stated your intent to reaffirm the loan, you still must work it out with the lender. So, the answer is Yes.
