We filed chapter 13 bankruptcy over 2 1/2 years age due to the HOA can we change it to chapter 7 now and how hard will it be.

Being able to convert to a chapter 7 depends upon many factors that you have not given. Talk to your bankruptcy attorney about this, or go see one if you do not have one.
