Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
Location of BK attorney?
Hi, When selecting a business BK attorney, is the attorney's location important? If the attorney is not located in the same county or city as the business address, is it common for additional travel and logistics costs be billed to the client by the attorney? I must pursue a debtor in default and I am not sure if I w\should find an attorney anywhere in the state or in the sam elocale as the business in default to me. Thanks so much for your help!

it depends on your agreement with the attorney. If an attorney wants to eat the costs of additional travel and logistics then he or she can do so.
