Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida

I recently filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy and everything got discharged. Prior to that, I had not been making payments on my 2008 infiniti for more than one year. Infiniti has not sent me any information or anything saying to surrender the car. I called the DMV and the infiniti no longer has a lien on it. Am I able to get the title from Infiniti financial?

If you are in the clear as you stated, you will need to order your title through your local DMV. The financial institution does not provide them. I hope this helps!
