Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida

My wife is fieling for bankrupsy and she had charges in her maiden name I knew nothing about it but know because I have my own business the lawyer we hired say I have to show expensive in my business for the last six months my question can her creditor come after me they wont give me a straight answer

Well, there is no straight answer for you with the details provided. But, if we assume all the debt is in your wifes name soley. Then they are looking at you to calculate house hold income. Not to bring you into bankruptcy also.
