Any business or franchise attorney will say the biggest hurdle your teenager faces is being a minor. She lacks capacity to enter into any legal contracts. You should position yourself in her business so you can open bank accounts, sign contracts on behalf of the business, etc. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
