Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
A/C at work
I have been working for a major (and very large) computer company in pinellas county. The air has been broke for over 30 days now and they have no intention of fixing it. Is this really legal to have 50 employees and 100 customers at any given time in the store with no a/c ??

No law requires that air conditioning be run during work hours unless the temperature is so hot that the work environment is unsafe. If it is unsafe, you should report it to OSHA.
