Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

my crook of a partner shut down my half of the buuisness when I requested equal rights as provided by our contract. Her witnesses include her boyfriend who only stored our supplies.a good friend of herswho also worked for us against my authority, and a woman with whom she paid paychecks behind my back. can she use these people as witnesses especially when they are not truly aware of whats going on? If not what are the statutes or laws to support this? I didnt think friends or family could testify because they are partial. Its a small claims course and she and everyone else she knows lies

They can all testify. The outcome will depend on who the judge believes (or the jury). Be sure tp bring out their bias.
