Do I need a business attorney to help me set up a contract to be able to provide hearing aid services to include testing, fitting and follow up care in doctors offices?
I know there are some type of laws prohibiting kickbacks etc but I know there is some way to provide the service where the doctor can also profit without getting into trouble. Can you help me set this up? I am state licensed and desire not to become an "employee" unless it's just a formality.
