Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

Corporate Appointments

Prior to the Incorporation of the Project I'm with several appoints were made, along with a corresponding position.

After the Organization was Incorporated were these appointments required to be reestablished by the Preisdent.

Example the original was signed John Doe, SC FLGENWEB.

The new title JOHN DOE, PRESIDENT/SC FLGENWEB PROJECT, INC.

I just need to know if the first signature and title allows for these appointment to be carried over or need to be reestablished.
