defendant living outside USA - JURISDICTION
My partner and I (DEFENDANTS) are being sued by the 3rd partner (PLAINTIFF) by and through our company and individually. Partner 2 lives in Panama managing the business and the law suit is in Florida. How would Plantiff serve interrogatories and documents to the 2nd Defendant if he resides outside USA and does not have legal representation in USA?
