Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
In Florida, are corporations required to report their source of profit? If so, how do I retrieve that info?

No. Except to shareholders and other parties determined by the corporation, a corporation
may maintain confidentiality regarding financial matters. A creditor may require such
information as part of an agreement for credit, but the general public has no right to
access the financial records of private for-profit corporations. Of course, a corporation will
report such information to the IRS and state Dept. of Revenue.
