The buyout of your interest is most likely binding and final unless it can be proven that that there was a fraud or intentional misrepresentation on the part of the other party. Please feel free to give me a call or email to discuss further.

As a shareholder you had the right to review the books and records of the corporation under Florida Statutes. Why you elected to let your former partners squeeze you out without a fight is unknown to me, but it appears you may have a problem undoing the final agreement you apparently accepted. You should seek an appointment with an attorney to discuss this matter in mored detail to learn whether you have any viable options at this point in time.
