Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

Infridgment?

I would like to start selling tshirts with funny ''bumber sticker like'' sayings and graphics on them, but in spanish (here in the US). To what degree can I copy other sayings and graphics I have seen on tshirts here in the US with this similar concept? How about sayings and graphics I have seen on tshirts aborad?

Re: Infridgment?

If you simply "steal" other people's bumper sticker statements, you'd be violating their copyright, even if you translate them.
