Judgement

I have a judgement against the company that i own. I am in the processing of paying the debt, so can i reverse the judgement against my company. We are a construction company and we bid on jobs. We don't want this to appear against our company.

There are various ways to secure a debt/judgment, if a corporation in which you have an interest, owes you money. I would need more information regarding the structure of the corporation, the type of debt and judgment, etc.

I would suggest you get legal advice because there are different results depending on the structure of the debt.

My recommendation is that if you want to make it look like you were not at fault then negotiate with the people to pay off the judgment in exchange for an agreed order vacating the judgment (not just a satisfaction of judgment - this will just show that you paid the judgement).
