someone opened a business using my corporation without promission

what is my right when someone has used my business name and created a dba without promission ?

Whether you have any rights to the name and, subsequently, any rights to stop use by another depends on many factors including first use, location of use, type of industry, and similarity of the name. Talk to a local intellectual property attorney.

More information is needed.

It is impossible to register identical corporation names in the same state. So, you must either be talking about a similar name or a different state or an unregistered name. Extent of use and type of business are also important to know.
