Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

Questions regarding trademarking

I have owned a group of domains since 2005 and in the last 6 months someone has trademarked that name and is threatening to sue me over the domains. They demand I release them for free to them and I am infringing upon their trademark. I am not doing any type of commerce with the domains and again I've owned them since 2005. Any advice or suggestions regarding this?

I've dealt with this issue a lot because I used to be general counsel for a top ten domain registrar. In about 30 minutes I can make this all clear to you. Don't give up your domains.
