Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

Recieving property after termination from job

My old company fired me, ut also let me keep a company laptop, phone and gave me back a personal PC that I was using. The laptop had company information on it, as did my PC. Have I unknowingly accepted stolen or confidential information? Can they get in trouble for this as well as I?
