Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I resigned giving a two week notice, my employer waited approximately a week and when he found out that I had been working two jobs, he terminated me. He has not paid me for the previous pay period nor the 5 days of the last pay period. What can I do and which Florida Statute would apply?
