I signed a contract and sent it back to the other party, they have had it for three weeks and have not signed and returned it , how long do I have to wait before I can withdraw the contract what is a reasonable amount of time

written withdrawal evidenced in some way, by witness, certified mail, etc.You may also
place a deadline on acceptance, e.g., it is automatically withdrawn and void if not
