taking money out of paycheck
i work at a call center at which you receive commissions for making extra sales in the forms of a bonus on your paycheck. recently, i was informed that they ''goofed'' and bonuses were being given when they weren't earned and would be taken out of the paychecks. is this legal?

if you were paid money that wasn't earned then the company does have the right to recover it in most cases.
