Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida

I have a title to my vehicle which is in my name and shows no liens on it. However, it looks like the bank screwed up and did not record the lien. What is the worst case scenario that can happen to me if I take the vehicle and go trade it in?

If you take the vehicle and trade it in and the lien does not show, the bank will eventually come after you for the dough that is owed. So, make sure that the lien will be paid off.
