Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
Transfer of school records
My son is enrolled in a private school where he is not recieving a proper education. I am trying to transfer him but the school he is attending will not release his records due to a contract I signed at the begining of the school year. If I withdraw him I am breaking the contract, is the school not breaking their contract first by not providing my son with the education he deserves?
Would there be anyway to get out of this contract?
Is there anyway to go about getting his records without going through the school?

Re: Transfer of school records
It is possible that you may be able to get out of the contract. It would be important to review the contract. If you would like to contact my office for a paid consultation, please contact me.
