13 year olds Text message records
We have 13 year old girl who has a cell phone only for emergencys. She abused the privledge and sent/ recieved 800 text messages. How can I obtain the records?
Sprint is saying I need a court order or Search warrant. State attorney is telling me it is a civil not criminal matter. What do I do next?

Nothing, unless you want to sue your daughter. You have no case pending, so you have no way of obtaining a court order.
