Legal Question in Technology Law in Florida

Developing casino and sports book software

My question is are there laws from prohibiting or regulating the development of casino and sports related gambling software. And if are there laws in florida for a Florida based company selling this type of software. Also where would I find out if there is a bill out there waiting to be passed, as it will take a while to develop and I do not want any surprises! Thank you Shawn

I already represent companies doing online gaming development. You can develop online gaming software and sell it to companies in areas that do not prohibit it. Florida does not allow online gaming.
