What to do after to get someone
I recently had my driveway done bya company, and it started cracking and peeling days later. I've called the person who did it, i've also called the company and they won't return my phone calls. I drew up a letter stating my concerns and sent it certified mail to them,still no response. I went to small claims court, and paid $255. to have to have the paper delivered to him (a summons) and he refuse to sign. What do I do next, the pretrail is 6/14/07, what is my next move if he refuses to sign or show?

Talk to the clerk at the small claims court or pay an attorney to handle the case for you.
