Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
agreement form
i signed an agreement to install kitchen cabinets.i then found out i must hire my own plumer to reinstall my sink etc.i have not made the 50% down payment as requested as of now.at this point i would like to get another estimate.my question is am i obligated to the argeement if i notify them within 2 working day of when agreement was signed?thanks

I am not sure what your question is but if you are asking whether there is a three day right of rescission for a construction contract, then the answer is no, there is no three day right of rescission.
